This Departure

Before You Join This Group

We designed this journey as an invitation to experience Guadeloupe differently. Away from the usual tourist routes, we invite you to discover the island through carefully selected addresses, authentic local experiences, meaningful encounters and moments of connection.

You are more than welcome! With a maximum of 6 participants, the group remains intentionally small, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere where connections naturally happen. You may arrive on your own, but you’ll share the experience with a small group of like-minded travellers who are looking to discover Guadeloupe in a more authentic way.

Accommodation is based on double occupancy. If you are travelling on your own, you will share a room with another female participant. We will, of course, carefully arrange the room assignments. Prefer your own private space? Single occupancy is available for an additional fee. Simply let us know when you book.

We have designed the itinerary to strike the perfect balance between discovery and slow moments. Some days will be filled with experiences, excursions and local encounters, while others will leave you time to enjoy your surroundings, relax or simply follow your own rhythm. The goal is simple: to experience Guadeloupe, rather than simply travel through it.

Your stay includes 8 nights of accommodation, breakfasts, some meals, transfers and transportation included in the itinerary, as well as the experiences and activities carefully selected by Sleep in Africa. Every detail is thoughtfully planned so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience and simply enjoy the journey
